Alt. 6147<\/strong> – Conv. ICMS 190\/17 – Implementa regra que define os percentuais de carga tribut\u00e1ria aplic\u00e1veis, nos 36 meses iniciais, ao estabelecimento benefici\u00e1rio do cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido de ICMS, referente a mercadoria importada ao abrigo do diferimento do pagamento do imposto previsto no art. 53, VI, em caso de descumprimento de condi\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida.
