ICMS 190\/17 cl. 13\u00aa &#8211; Prorroga, por prazo indeterminado, limitado a 96 meses do in\u00edcio da frui\u00e7\u00e3o, cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido de ICMS concedido aos estabelecimentos industriais fabricantes de formalde\u00eddos e resinas, que tenham firmado Protocolo de Inten\u00e7\u00f5es com o Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, sobre o valor do imposto devido na importa\u00e7\u00e3o de mat\u00e9ria-prima, material intermedi\u00e1rio ou secund\u00e1rio, inclusive material de embalagem, importados ao abrigo do diferimento do pagamento do imposto. I, art. 32, CXCV, &#8220;caput&#8221; e nota 01)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 2\u00ba:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alt. 6214<\/strong> &#8211; Lei do ICMS, art. 25, III &#8211; Prorroga, por prazo indeterminado, limitado a 96 meses do in\u00edcio da frui\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito fiscal presumido aplic\u00e1vel nas sa\u00eddas posteriores, diferimento do pagamento do ICMS incidente sobre a importa\u00e7\u00e3o de mat\u00e9ria-prima, material intermedi\u00e1rio ou secund\u00e1rio, inclusive material de embalagem, realizados por estabelecimentos industriais fabricantes de formalde\u00eddo e resinas, que tenham firmado Protocolo de Inten\u00e7\u00f5es com o Estado do Rio Grande do Sul.
